CANCELLATION POLICY
If the participant opts to cancel a booked tour the following will be relevant.
100% refund issued only if cancellation occurs 7 days or more before the booked tour date.
50% refund on tours cancelled between 3-7 days before the booked tour date.
No refunds on cancellations less that 3 days before the booked tour date.
No monetary refunds on tours booked with gift vouchers.
SAFETY POLICY
Whilst Wayward Wanders makes the upmost effort to keep our guests safe during tours, your safety is your responsibility.
Please be extra wary of trams, bikes and cars, particularly when crossing the road.
It is the guests responsibility to be adequately insured.
Wayward Wanders declines any legal liability.
WEATHER POLICY
Tours operate in all weather and conditions with the exception of extreme cases.
If temperatures are forecast above 40 degrees or if flash flooding is predicted, tours may not operate.
We reserve the right to alter or to cancel tours in these circumstances.
Full refunds will be issued if tours are cancelled as a result of extreme weather conditions.
OTHER T’S & C’S
We reserve the right to alter tour schedules if circumstances require.
If Wayward Wanders is forced to cancel a booked tour, a full refund will be issued (excluding third party fees).
